Installing a package:

ConfigBuilder creates and loads compiled XML configuration files. Hierarchial configurations are supported making it easy to build configurations for multiple deployments of an application. The compiled configuration is stored as a PHP serialized array of key/value pairs, making configuration loading and usage very fast.
